Introduction

Do you have a holiday home in France and do you need someone to take care of it when you are away? There could be a lot of things going on when you are not there. For instance:

  • during a heavy rain- or hailstorm your roof and gutters can get damaged
  • during a heavy thunderstorm power failure is possible
  • unwanted people might "visit" your house etc.

What can we do for you?

  • We live permanently in the region of Ambert [Puy de Dôme - 63]
  • We a familiar with the possible problems of the region and are prepared to take care of your house within a radius of 25 km of Ambert
  • In consultation with you we can adjust the number of inspections during the year
  • Everything will be noted down on a special personalised checklist
  • After the inspection we will contact you about the situation

  • We can do small maintenance jobs in or around the house
  • We can work in your garden, mow the lawn, lop trees, etc.
  • In case of more major work we can arrange for local specialists
  • We can prepare the house for the summer or winter
  • We can prepare the house for your return, for instance making sure there is hot water of taking care of essential supplies
